I’m not shur what the double-stripe thing is, going down both sides of the rearend, but as far as the front side goes, it look’s pretty cool to me. I think the away jerseys will look even sharper with red numbers, out-lined in black, and red tusk up the sides.

Yeah, guys, I agree. Mr. Screw Up the Punt Return Fish was not the best model they could have chosen. But this might be the entire extent of Fish’s role on this team - uniform model! As for the uniforms, please, please, don’t mess with the helmet. And double, double, please, NO red pants with the home uniform! That just has bad Cotton Bowl memory all over it. Besides, it looks ugly. (If they really wanted to honor Broyles in that game, in my opinion they should have put the classic hog from ‘64 on the helmets.) For what is there, I kinda like the tusks. But that would have been the only new addition I would have added. The bigger Arkansas and the just white letters from last year were fine by me.
Not uniform related, but a possible change that is coming is the placement of a huge Hog in the middle of the field. I am in favor of that, but please don’t make it from 35 to 35. That is too big! Too gaudy! 40 to 40 would be better. We don’t need to go all Jennings Osborne on the idea, haha.

They’re a little too, “Louisvilly” for my taste. I do however like the sewed on names and numbers. I never liked the screen printed jerseys we’ve been wearing.

But if we play in some BCS games I’ll be fine with it even if they make them pink.

Don’t hate me for it, but I like the changes. I especially like the lower case “Arkansas” as I think it just looks cleaner.

I will agree the white stripes on the butt need to go. And as much as I hate going a little darker than the old school cardinal, we’re still “blazing candy apple red” when compared to the Tide.

I also agree that they could have put pads on the poor boy to make him look at least normal size.

I don’t mind the white stripes, but the “arkansas” needs to go altogether. I haven’t liked it since HDN put it on the jerseys a few years back.

I also see we have gone back to a touch of black. Is this a sign of black jerseys in the near future? -For special occasions only of course.
