I made it to the Red / White game as well, my first ever. I got too caught up in the Dickson Street bookstore and watching all the people at Springfest to make it to the other activities, but I was there for the game, and I have this to proclaim: Casey Dick does, after-all, know how to run beyond the line of scrimmage with a football! Haha. Oh, if that skill had only been on display during the last Alabama game. I agree with the hogblogger that Casey looked pretty sharp out there. As much as I've lamented in the past that Casey Dick is our QB, I would love nothing more than to see him have a great senior season and make me regret everything negative I've said about him.

There was no nail chewing on the sidelines, no leading the band by the coach, no utterance of the word "special," or the combination of "love" and "helmet" (all welcome), but they did announce the team as Bobby Petrino's Arkansas Razorbacks. As much money and masochistic support as the fans pour into the program (think of all those people in the Cotton Bowl this year, there to see what they saw), can't we call them "your 2008 Arkansas Razorbacks." The Razorbacks are bigger than any one coach, right? It doesn't mean I won't attend games or, haha, fly a banner, but I hope somebody thinks about this and gives the team back to its fans when they are announced. I don't think Bobby Petrino would mind.
