I like the worst case scenario, especially Nutt being escorted out by the National Guard. Seriously, if -- big ifs -- if Monk comes back and is shape, say, by Ole Miss, we may be pretty damn good by the time South Carolina comes in. Monk is probably the biggest wild card for the rest of the season. The defense is shot, and despite some inevitable improvement, the talent is just not there this year. Auburn has Brandon Cox, who I think is awful, or Kodi Burns, who I think will be great, but is still inexperienced, so we have a shot at them with or without Monk. At home, we probably win -- as long as Nutt just sits still on the sidelines and lets David Lee run the option with McFadden about 20 times.

Best case we win out -- probably case 8-5.

And Nutt is gone unless we win out, I think.
