He is retarded. That's not just my opinion but a fact. Here's why: remember some years ago when the eclipse horse of the year Cigar won all those races in a row. When the votes for Cigar were tallied low and behold their were two voters who had cast their votes for other horses. QUESTION what has Wally got in common with a 90 year old (at the time of the vote) Detroit nursing home patient with dementia? You guessed it! Wally and his new found friend voted for other horses. Butt kissing Wally voted for a horse owned by the owner of Oaklawn. That's not the bad part it gets worse. Wally the butt kisser cannot just own up to kissing Charles' ass. He goes to great lengths to justify his choice. Wally was castrated in the national press. Ridiculed beyond belief. I haven't run into the little runt in years but be assured I will ask him if he would like to change he vote.
